Gotham Parcels

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026  ·  Gotham Parcels is operated by Future Ledger Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

This Privacy Policy explains how Future Ledger Holdings LLC (“Gotham Parcels,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gothamparcels.com or use our reports and subscriptions (the “Service”). Gotham Parcels is a business-to-business product; we handle personal information primarily in the context of business accounts.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers. We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as card brand, last four digits, and transaction status) to manage your account. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in Stripe’s own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Public government records (building data)

The building intelligence in our reports is compiled from publicly available government records (for example, NYC DOB, HPD, ACRIS, OATH, and DOF records). Those records may include names of individuals — such as property owners, corporate officers, filing representatives, or respondents — exactly as they appear in the public record. We process this information as public-record business data, we do not enrich it with private data about individuals, and we do not use it for the purposes prohibited by our Data Disclaimer. If you believe a public record is displayed inaccurately, contact us and we will review it against the source.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with:

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (receipts, report delivery, account and security notices) as part of the Service. We may also send product updates and marketing emails; every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages. You can also opt out any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, billing-dispute, and security purposes. Usage logs are retained on a rolling basis. You may request deletion as described below; we will delete or de-identify personal data unless retention is required by law. Public government records are not “deleted” from the underlying agency sources, which we do not control.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from your account email. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children

The Service is for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

We operate from the United States and process data in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in-product notice.
