Refund Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026  ·  Gotham Parcels is operated by Future Ledger Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. We keep it simple: we stand behind delivery, and custom research is final once delivered.

1. One-Off Reports (VIP Building Dossiers)

• Each dossier is custom research prepared for your building. Once a dossier has been delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable.
• If a delivered dossier contains a material error in our compilation of the public record, tell us within 7 days and we will correct and re-issue it at no charge.

2. Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• No prorated refunds. We do not refund partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features after a billing period has started.
• 7-day free trial, no card required. Where offered, trials require no payment card, so there is nothing to refund — you are never charged unless you actively subscribe.
• Founding-member rates. Canceling a founding-member subscription forfeits the locked founding rate (see Terms of Service, Section 6).

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly and refund any amount charged in error to your original payment method.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
